The first time I ordered

"The first time I ordered I had a horrendous time with the delivery company Rivo, they made false claims that it was delivered while their agents over the phone advised that the "proof of delivery" they had did not qualify as a drop off location photo, which caused the whole order to be delayed by several weeks. The staff at shoefreaks were amazing and started an investigation into the issue and managed to get me my boots through Canada Post this time, and I am thrilled to say they are exactly what I was looking for.
