"I love these shoes, but be aware that The zips are difficult to open and close. The first pair I received was completely stuck, did not move. I was given an exchange and the team at ShoeFreaks were incredibly helpful and amazing throughout the process (so no fault on their end) but the second pair is also very hard to zip up and down. You need to apply pressure. So these are the kind of shoes you put on at home where you can comfortably sit to do it and then need to know you will be able to keep them on for the day. If you go anywhere, where you are required to take off your shoes, it will be very frustrating! Demonia should do better! For the price of their shoes, they should put in better quality zips."
