These are absolutely adorable, but the buckles are troublesome

"I love these so much. They look and fit very well. My only issue is that the heart shaped buckles can be a bit difficult. The heart wants to twist and the pin tends to sit off to one side when you pull the strap tight, and in order for my feet not to slide around in the large toe box, they do need to be quite tight. They are manageable, but there is definitely a "right way" to make the buckles work, involving some galactic alignment of planets. When they line up just right, they work great. When they are off even slightly, the pin doesn't seat all the way into the holes and the buckles don't lay flat. I have high arches so the side of the shoe tends to sit a bit low on me, causing some rubbing on the outside of my foot that might lead to blisters. Like most of my Demonias, I will often be wearing socks with these."
