"I love these shoes! The insole is nicely cushioning, although there isn't a ton of arch support if that is something you need. They are, however, really narrow, and the location of the laces means that because my foot is a bit wider, I find it pretty snug. But even with a high arch, it is still doable, unlike some shoes that are just way too narrow regardless of size."
