New favourite shoes

"I've got plantar fasciitis, so I was a bit worried about spending good money on shoes I couldn't try out in person, but I'm so glad I did! These do run a bit small. I'm a bit bigger than an 8 and 9s usually only fit well if I have insoles and thicker socks, so I went for a 9. They fit perfectly on my toes in regular socks. I did have to put insoles in because there unfortunately isn't much arch support, but honestly I need those in basically every shoe I have now anyway. The insole i put in does unfortunately mean they are a bit tight on where the tongue is stitched onto the shoe at the top of my foot, but the more I've worn them that's started to stretch out a bit and hasn't caused more than the mildest of discomfort that gets better every wear. I didnt realise they have zips on the sides so when I got them out of the box I was absolutely delighted. I get compliments on them every time I wear them and I get so happy whenever I put them on."
